For highway and large roadside billboards, P6.67 to P10 is usually cost-effective. For street-level shops, transit stations and pedestrian viewing, compare finer pitch options such as P2.97, P3.91, P4 or P5 based on viewing distance and budget.
Outdoor LED billboard pricing is shaped by screen area, pixel pitch, cabinet material, brightness level, waterproof rating, control system, steel structure, packaging and shipping destination.
Send the final screen width and height, installation height, closest viewing distance, destination country, photos of the site and whether front or rear service is preferred.
Site planning
An outdoor billboard must be configured around sunlight direction, minimum viewing distance, installation height, wind exposure and maintenance access. A specification that works on a shaded facade may not be suitable for a west-facing roadside screen.
Before requesting a quotation, photograph the site from the main viewing direction and mark the screen width, height and distance from the audience or traffic lane. This prevents brightness and pitch recommendations from being based on guesswork.

The steel structure must be designed for the cabinet weight and local wind load. Leave a practical cable route, drainage path and maintenance space. Rear-service cabinets need a safe service corridor; front-service projects need accessible modules, power supplies and receiving cards.
Ask for cabinet drawings and power distribution information before the structure is finalized. Late changes to cabinet depth or cable position often create avoidable installation delays.
Include screen dimensions, installation height, nearest viewing distance, screen orientation, site photos, local power standard, preferred service direction, destination and expected daily operating hours. Structural drawings can be reviewed after the cabinet direction is confirmed.
