H and K Series Rental LED Cabinets
Compare H and K rental cabinet systems, dimensions, service access and specifications before choosing a project configuration.
Compare H and K Series rental LED cabinets in 500 × 500 mm and 500 × 1000 mm formats, with P1.95, P2.604, P2.976, P3.91 and P4.81 catalog pitch options.

Mirun supplies both series. Their catalog parameter tables share many values, so select the cabinet hardware and exact configuration as well as the pitch. The H Series catalog presents flexible event backdrop assembly; the K Series catalog shows handling details including a damping handle, stainless steel quick locks and lower impact-absorbing protrusions.
Pitch options in both series
| Catalog model label | Pixel pitch (mm) | Scan mode | Refresh options (Hz) |
|---|---|---|---|
| P1.95 (small cabinet) | 1.95 | 1/32 | 3840 / 7680 |
| P2.604 (small cabinet) | 2.604 | 1/24 | 3840 / 7680 |
| P2.976 | 2.976 | 1/21 | 3840 / 7680 |
| P3.91 | 3.91 | 1/16 | 3840 / 7680 |
| P4.81 | 4.81 | 1/13 | 3840 / 7680 |
500 × 500 or 500 × 1000 mm cabinets?
| Cabinet format | Area per cabinet | Catalog cabinet weight | Panels for a 4 m × 3 m screen |
|---|---|---|---|
| 500 × 500 mm | 0.25 m² | 7 kg | 8 columns × 6 rows = 48 |
| 500 × 1000 mm | 0.50 m² | 12.5 kg | 8 columns × 3 rows = 24 |
In this example, cabinet-only weight is 336 kg for the smaller format or 300 kg for the larger format. The larger cabinet uses fewer panels but is heavier to handle individually. These figures exclude supporting structure, cables and accessories. Confirm pitch availability in the selected format and the actual cabinet pixel matrix before ordering; the catalog specifically labels P1.95 and P2.604 as small-cabinet entries.
Shared catalog parameters and configuration limits
Both tables list die-cast aluminum construction, maximum power consumption ≤800 W/m², 3840/7680 Hz refresh options and adjustable 14–16 bit grayscale. Confirm which refresh setting is included in the quoted configuration. A 12 m² screen at the catalog power ceiling corresponds to 9.6 kW of LED screen load, before other equipment and electrical design allowances.
The catalog lists indoor brightness ≤800 cd/m² and outdoor brightness ≤4500 cd/m². These are printed upper limits, not minimum guaranteed brightness values. Request the measured brightness and acceptance target for your selected indoor or outdoor configuration. The tables list IP65; confirm the protected surfaces, connectors and installed configuration before outdoor use.
How to compare H Series and K Series quotations
Ask for the series name, pitch, cabinet dimensions, module model, receiving card, driver configuration and lock/handle drawings on both quotations. Do not infer cross-series module, cable or cabinet compatibility from matching dimensions. For a curved H Series layout, request the permitted angle range and matching connection hardware. For K Series, check the handling and protection features shown in the catalog against the cabinet offered.
Before repeated event use, review connector and cable compatibility and spare-parts planning. For camera work, use the refresh-rate checklist.
Request an H or K Series quotation
Provide the series, pitch, cabinet format, complete screen dimensions, use environment, installation method, camera requirements, destination and event schedule. Ask for the current specification sheet and a parts list covering cabinets, controls, cables, spare modules and transport cases.
